Can I choose preferred delivery date and time for my order?

Of course! While we don't offer a date and time picker function, rest assured that we promise delivery within 2 business days from the date of your order. However, customers can leave a note during the checkout process if they have any specific delivery preferences or instructions. We'll do our best to accommodate these requests and ensure a smooth and convenient delivery experience for you.

Will my order be delivered the same day?

Most orders, including items like flowers and cakes, can be delivered on the same day for your convenience. However, if you have specific delivery preferences or urgent needs, please contact us directly.

Our standard delivery timeframe typically ensures delivery within 2 business days from the date of your order. However, placing your order earlier increases the likelihood of it arriving on your preferred day. If you have any specific delivery requirements or urgency, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we'll do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

Will my gift be exactly the same as what is presented in your store?

One of main gifts categories at SHA100 are flowers, so it is known that natural flowers are harvested crops, meaning that the pictures displayed in our store are approximate representations only. We make great efforts to make them as closely matched to the displayed gift as possible.

However, in some rare cases, temporary or seasonal unavailability issues may arise. Therefore, please consider that we may need to fulfill the order with slight differences without informing you, as we prioritize timely delivery, given that most of our orders are for specific occasions.

Will there be any delivery fees?

No. SHA100 is honored to provide free home delivery for all of our orders!

Will there be any attempt to redeliver my order?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, being harvested crops, and cakes, which are also perishable items, we will make only one attempt at delivery.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time varies depending on the delivery location, but we always strive to deliver the gift on time and within our standard delivery frame (2 business days). It's worth noting that in very rare cases, we may not be able to fulfill the promise due to circumstances beyond our control, such as congestion or delivery location. Rest assured, we will inform you in advance.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we will not be able to cancel it or make any changes.

In which cases can't I receive refunds?

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the sender.

Unsuccessful delivery due to recipient absence or gift refusal.

You cannot return the product, but in the event of receiving the wrong item, we will address the issue promptly. Please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us or emailing us, and we will rectify the error to ensure customer satisfaction.
