Shipping and Delivery

Delivery will be within 2 business days within Iraq, provided that it is before 11:59 pm. Iraq time. Delivery does not include delivery to rural addresses, hotels, hospitals, security and military sites, or cemeteries.

It is well known that natural flowers are harvested crops, meaning that the images displayed in our store are approximate images. We make great efforts to make them exactly match the displayed gift. However, in some rare cases, there may be temporary or seasonal unavailability issues, so please note that we may need to fulfill the order with slight differences without informing you, as we give top priority to delivering on time, as most of our orders are gifts for specific occasions. SHA100 team will ensure to maintain the shape, arrangement, and color coordination similar to the chosen gift, and will only replace items of equal or higher value.

All of the above applies to delivery in Baghdad only, and we will inform you if we cover other areas in Iraq.

Returns

No product can be returned in any case unless "SHA100" decides to refund your money, in which case it will only provide vouchers equivalent to the value of the order, determined after contacting us.

Refund

SHA100 strives to provide a smooth and reliable gifting experience. Due to the nature of flowers, cakes, personalized gifts, and perishable items, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable except in cases determined by SHA100 to be caused directly by our team.

SHA100 is not responsible for failed, delayed, or incomplete deliveries and no refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unreachable recipient information provided by the sender, including recipient name, phone number, address, area details, or delivery instructions.
• Failed delivery attempts resulting from the recipient being unavailable, unreachable, not responding to delivery coordination attempts, or not sharing their location with the delivery representative.
• Orders refused or not accepted by the recipient upon delivery.
• Deliveries made to addresses or locations provided incorrectly by the sender.
• Product quality deterioration resulting from delays outside SHA100’s control, including recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery information.
• Quality issues caused by improper storage, handling, or misuse of the product after delivery.
• Minor variations in flowers, packaging, wrapping, or arrangement due to seasonal availability while maintaining the overall design and value of the gift.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts caused by incorrect recipient information or failed delivery coordination.

If an issue occurs due to an error directly caused by SHA100, our team will review the matter promptly and work toward an appropriate solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
